Last updated: 2 November 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Kuber Property ("Kuber Property", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use this website (https://kuberproperty.com), contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, or use our real-estate services in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the rules made under it, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian laws. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, Kuber Property is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below, and you are the Data Principal.

1. Personal data we collect

Information you give us

  • Enquiry forms: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), your message, the page you enquired from and, where relevant, the property you enquired about.
  • Calls, WhatsApp and email: the details you share with us about your property requirement, budget, preferred localities and timeline.
  • Transaction documents: if you go ahead with a purchase, sale or rental through us, we may need copies of identity and address proof (such as PAN, Aadhaar or passport), photographs, property documents and, for tenants, the details required for police verification. We ask for these only when they are needed for that transaction.
  • Property owners: details of the property you ask us to sell or rent out, including address, ownership documents, photographs and expected price or rent.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data: when you submit an enquiry, we store a one-way hashed (irreversible) version of your IP address for a short period to prevent spam and abuse. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and reliability.
  • Cookies: this website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A strictly necessary cookie is used only for the private administration area of the site. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as financial account passwords, health data or biometric data through this website. Please do not send full Aadhaar numbers through the enquiry form – we will ask for documents securely when they are actually required.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:
